QT (cute) Bibs!
Too snowy & cold to paint another table today with my ASCP so I thought I'd show you some of the bibs I designed & made for my ETSY store... (all sold out) I had so much fun adding all the hand-embroidery to them! Do you like to do handwork?
I hope the Moms have enjoyed their precious babies have wearing them...
XO

Camera Strap Covers
Soooo, yesterday I was checking out all my FAV blogs and came across "Camera Strap Cover Tutorials on a few. Well, of course I HAD to try to create one ( or two) for myself.
The photos are of two samples that I came up with using scrap fabrics (I'll use "NICE" fabrics when I'm serious!)

My First Annie Sloan Painted Furniture Piece!
Hello Dear Ones
It's a windy, rainy day here on the mountain, with predictions of snow to come... so, I'm still in my jammies (oh yes) sipping a nice cup of tea, preparing to paint my next piece of furniture... Below are some pictures of my first piece, painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint - I must tell you - I LOVE this paint!!! It is so easy to use, and the results are amazing; Nothing could be better... in the painting world, at least... (smile)
and lastly, Miss Baileigh wanted to say hello to you... such a sweet little kitty
I hope you enjoy a comfy, cozy weekend in your favorite place... Cup of tea anyone?

We went "down the hill" last week, stopped by Pier 1 & I snagged this adorable clock for only 19.99!!! It's residing on my night table right now... happiness!

Organizing the Craft Room - con't
I've been hard at work, trying my best to sort through the over abundance of my assorted crafting supplies! I've placed "like" items in large bins in the closet until Hubby picks up my IKEA Expedit units... A few photos of the C.R. in it's current clean (and unusable!) state ...A little reminder... do NOT open that closet door!
... XO 'til next time :)

Thai Chicken Pizza
Last night I made this amazing pizza AGAIN (we LOVE it) Our d-i-l Peggie gave it to me... I thought I'd share with you too! Some step-by-step (well, sort of) pics too... & of course Miss Baileigh wanted to be included - pretty little girl!...
This 1 1/2 lb recipe for pizza dough makes a 15" circle
1-1/8 Cups warm water
1-1/2 TBSP olive oil
3-1/3 Cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp dry yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the order given. Set on the Dough-only feature. When it's done place it on a floured board (if you're using immediately) Or, place in a bowl greased with olive oil, turning dough over to coat it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until ready to use.
PEANUT SAUCE
1/4 C creamy peanut butter
2 TBSP Teriyaki sauce/marinade
2 TBSP Hoisen sauce
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBSP water
1/2 tsp crushed Red Pepper flakes
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1- 1/2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp minced Ginger Root
TOPPINGS
1 boneless-skinless chicken breast
1-1/4 tsp Olive Oil
1-1/4 Cup grated Mozzerella Cheese
1 TBSP chopped peanuts
1. Prepare the crust
2. Mix ingredients for the sauce together in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat and bring to a boil, cook 1 minute - it should become darker. Set aside.
3. Cut the chicken into bite- sized pieces or strips.
Pour 1/3 of the sauce into a resealable bag with the cut-up chicken. Marinate it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
4. When ready, heat 1 tsp of oil in a small pan over medium heat and cook the chicken 3-4 minutes.
5. Prepare the crust and place it on your pizza pan/stone. Spread the peanut sauce, 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, chicken; then the remaining Mozzarella cheese just over the center of the pizza. Last sprinkle the peanuts over all.
Bake @ 475 for 10-12 minutes, or 'til "done" (cheese melted and bubbly - light golden in some areas)
ENJOY with a green salad. Please let me know how you like it!
Hope you have a happy day my dear ones,
Rosanne
P.S. I've been working on my craft room... pictures soon!
